Infant Nasal Mask, Neonatal Nasal Mask, Baby Nasal Prongs are entirely made of soft liquid silicone, the cushion perfectly fits the facial characteristics of the patient and ensures minimal pressure points. With five fixation points, the headgear is specially designed to guarantee mask stability and perfect seal around the nose without over-tightening. Babies faces differ greatly in their shapes from those of adults, in particular with a prominent forehead, no defined nose bridge and a growing and fragile bone structure. CPAP Baby Nasal masks for use in delivering gases during Bubble CPAP treatment which are placed over baby’s nasal area. They are made anatomically fit for infant’s nares with size designation and having slots for fixing flow tube. Used for newborns with low surfactant growth and caters for any type of facial feature with various sizes.

(during production process, solid silicone for compression molding needs to put on the mold manually, and sometimes in order to make the part eject from the mold easier, production people will spray mold release on the mold, while if produced bu injection molding, there won’t be this kinds of concerns, because the whole process is completed by machine. )
4. LSR Material can be fully cured, so it is more safe, biocompatibility is good.
