Medical/Laboratory & Food grade silicone ( FDA & LFGB ) flexible tubing is made of clear peroxide-cured silicon and platinum-cured silicone, which is specially designed for body contact applications and medical devices due to features: different sizes available, excellent flexibility, easily sterilized; no organic plasticizers, pthalates, latex additives, no peroxide cure chlorophenyl or PCB by-products.

Silicone Flexible Tubing can’t be recommended for continuous steam and high pressure applications. If exposed to repeated steam sterilization or long-term high temperature or pressure, it will eventually relax and become gummy. Then flexible tubing must be replaced.
