Silicone Handle Cover, also known as Silicon Handle Grips, Silicone Handle Grip Cover, Rubber Grips, which are made from elastomeric silicone rubber materials as a cover for metal or plastic handles (some is Metal & plastic + silicone rubber overmolding handle grip), which are usually used as elastomeric surface sleeve for pot & pan handle, pull handle, twist handle and wide-range motion handles, which is made by compression molding tooling, silicon injection mould and extrusion tooling with horizontals stripe.

Silicone Handle Cover Advantages & Features

• Silicone Handle Cover is designed for pull handle, twist handle, motorcycle grip, gulf grip, hammer handle, pan handle, etc, which is made of elastic silicon rubber, providing silicone grip sleeve with good elasticity, durability and tear-resistance. Other grip sleeves are mainly made of EPDM, neoprene, NR, NBR, PTFE, etc.

• Silicone Handle Cover also serves as silicone protective cover & glove, which is used to fit tightly over handles against damage and scratches. Silicone handle sleeve is usually anti-dust & ash and has a good touch feeling by matte smooth (touch feeling oil), which offer additional comfort-ability during using handles.

• Some Silicone Handle Sleeves provide a nonslip and anti-skid surface (with some anti-sliding textures) for handles by dermatoglyph finish, which increases a lot friction against the hand and reduces the gripping force needed to achieve a reliable grip, making the user to exploit the handle to maximum effect.

• Silicone Handle Grip is also well known as pot handle sleeve and pan handle glove, which can insulate the hand from hot handle, protect handles against slip & drop and offer additional comfort and safety when cooking.

1. Texture surface: in aim to increase friction against the hand ( anti-slip effects )

2. Silk Screen Printing: First, making the printing tool, and mix the ink, then put silicone parts on the positioning tool, and start printing, in order to make the printing result thicker & more beautiful, need printing on the surface twice.

3. Roll Printing: Notes: The difference between Roll Printing and Transfer Printing for Silicone Bottle Sleeves

Printing Thickness: Roll printing is more thick, and logo & text surface better than transfer printing's

Printing Cost: Transfer Printing is more cheap

Surface treatment: Matte Smooth coating can make the silicone sleeve have a better tactility.

4. Embossed Logo: Generally, most of our customers will choose embossed production process for Logo, because printing logo needs extra cost and debossed logo is easy to get dirty and not easy to clean.

5. Drop Model: for this silicone handle cover, we use drop model process to deal with the Logo, which is composed of A, B glue combination, and made of elastic resin & hard resin,  to make the product surface to have a effect of crystal raised or PVC raised Logo, which can make the product more beautiful & promote the brand better.

6. Matte Smooth Coating: for a good touch feeling, anti-dust effects, and protect silk screen printing Logo or patterns, and reduce silicone rubber handle grips parting line or rubber flashing, to make it more beautiful.

Silicone Handle Cover Parting line

For the longer Silicone Handle Sleeve, there will always be a parting line which will affect the products appearance.

Small parting line will make the Silicone Sleeve looks more beautiful with good quality, while big parting line will make the handle grip looks like cheap products with bad quality. So for many customers, the most esthetical issue is that they are concerned about the parting line. what will be the quality of that line and how big it will be. For the problem, we are confident that the handle grip we made can abosolutely satisfy your needs,  there are 3 points that affect the parting line:

• Mold's die-cutting edge: If didn't keep good maintainance of mold sharp edge, once it is damaged, the parting line will also become bigger. 

• Mold surface treatment: it will also influence the parting line, generally, for products with high requirements about parting line, we recommend to do EDM process after CNC process to make the mold surface as texture surface. 

• Mold Steel Material, Located pins, Silicone sleeve surface matte smooth coating can also improve the parting line.
