Duckbill Valves, known as Non Return Valve, Duckbill Check Valve, Silicone Duck Valve which is made from elastomeric silicone rubber materials or liquid silicone rubber materials by rubber compression tooling or LSR injection mold. 

Rubber Duckbill Valve which duck bill shape designs is aim to backflow prevention device.

Duck bill Valve, is one kind of slit & die cutting valve and widely used as one way valve & check valve in air & air + liquid pressure control or relief device.

Duckbill Check Valves Quality, one depends on valves designs, materials & hardness choice, the other depends on slit cutting quality and equipment. \

When Design the Duckbill Valve slit cutting, there should be a flat surface on the slit cutting side as the followed picture shows, or the die-cutting tool can not positionning.
