1.First of all, assigning a part of the high-purity epoxy resin & curing agent and then stir evenly, finally putting them into glue pot and place aside.
2.Using the glue pot which has the high-purity epoxy resin & curing agent we’ve already assigned, then drop on the surface of the key & button which has been finished silk printing, or laser cutting, and then place for a while to make it flow away uniformly on the surface of the key & buttons.
3.If the epoxy coating area is huge or the quantity is many when drop the glue on the surface of silicone button, it may make some bubbles on the surface, in this situation, can use flamer to solve the bubble problem.
4.Place the epoxy coating keypad which has been finished the epoxy coating for 12 hours, and wait for the high-purity epoxy resin to be solidified. If you want to improve the production efficiency, you can also put it into oven (60℃~70℃）to toast until it is totally solidified.
5.When the high purity epoxy resin on the key & button was totally solidified, then epoxy coating was perfectly finished.
