Advantages: More Precise with Minimum Flash & Parting Line.

Mold with More Cavity and saving preparing time, one prepared material can fill many cavities. Compare with silicone compression molding, it is an advantage and can save a significant amount of time to put the material one by one on the mold.

Short Production Cycle: Silicone Rubber Transfer Molding Membrane Gasket offers shorter cycle times than compression molding and can also provide more consistency. The process allows for tighter tolerances and more intricate parts.

Challenge 1: Short-shot; 

Solution: Inlarge the injection gate or increase the number of injection gate

Challenge 2: Demold-failed at 70A

Solution: Reduce the shore A/ durometer to 50A, the higher shore A it is, the more difficult to demold, generally for such design structure, the recommended shore A is 30A.
