Liquid silicone rubber, known as LSR & Liquid Silicon, which is a flexible, highly pure and platinum-cured silicone, which is formed by LSR injection molding ( LIM ) or RTV-2 moldmaking.
Liquid Silicone Rubber & LSR have good Mechanical Properties: have good low compression set, elongation, high tear and tensile strength etc.
Liquid Silicone Rubber Durometer: Hardness from 5 Shore A to 80 Shore A
LSR have good heat & low temperature resistance, which working temperature: - 40^oC to 230^oC.

Liquid Silicone Rubber & LSR Biological Compatibility (Biocompatibility): good food, water and medical contact, safe applications.
Liquid Silicone Rubber is a inorganic nature, which is clean, plasticizer-free, tasteless, odorless, and can proof water, resist oxidation and some chemical materials like acids and alkali.
Liquid Silicone Rubber & LSR is resistant to bacteria growth, will not stain or corrode other materials and also burns to form water vapor and carbon dioxide, not halogens, not toxins etc.
Liquid Silicon Gel can be sterilized by steam antoclaving, ethylene oxide, gamma, e-beam etc.
