Silicone Elbow

Silicone Elbow, also known as Silicone Tubing Hose, Silicone Tubing Connector, Medical Silicone Hose. The Silicone Tubing Hose can be divided into 2 types according to its manufacturing way: one is produced by compression molding, the other one is produced by extrusion molding.

Silicone Elbow Manufacturing Way:

1. By compression molding: Tolerance is small, can achieve to ±0.05mm, and the production efficiency is high, while the mold tool cost is high compare to the extrusion mold

2. By extrusion molding: Tolerance is high, generally it is from ±0.5mm~ ±1mm, and production efficiency is low, but the mold tool cost is cheap than compression molding.

Silicone Elbow Hose Application:

Because silicone elbow is easy to bend & can act as a cushion, also it is light weight and easy to install and use, so the silicone tubing hoses are widely used in five systems: 

• cooling system

• fuel system,

• refrigeration system,

• power steering system and brake system

• Silicone Elbow is now closely related to many industries, such as water machine, oxygen machine and so on.

• Food-grade silica gel elbow can be used for water purifier elbow joint
